Team Behind Bonobo Comes PUBLIC is built on a simple idea — a great night out shouldn't need a plan. This is your everyday neighbourhood beer hall & snack bar. We love to serve regional eats from across the country & the menu travels the country to get here — Gujarat's peanut belt, Bengal's smoked bandel, charcoal sigris from the north, the wok-fired heat of Tangra — and lands at your table the way chakna is meant to: fast, generous, and built for a second round. There's no dress code, no reservation book, and nobody rushing you off the table. Just cold draft poured right, your favourite spirits served without the theatre, and a room that fills up through the evening with regulars, first dates, and the odd office crew unwinding after a long week.
